Nothing to it, huh? Here is what we do know. We know that limited immunity only refers to a specific violation and also, it can be revoked if evidence of lying exists. We also know that SA39 was not at the Mississippi State spring game. I know of no stated reason why he missed the game. I understand SA39 also missed some later practices, but that's just rumor. This could be logically looked at as the NCAA knows the interviews are bogus and will not use them or the whole case could go down just like the Miami case. It may of already have, but that's pure speculation and we'll see. If the NCAA accepts the Ole Miss recommended penalties, we will know that to be the case. Right now I understand it's close, but the NCAA wants to add a little more. We also know that limited immunity does not cover institutions. A couple of other schools need to be concerned. Now you may wonder if the NCAA could just choose the inculpatory evidence and ignore the exculpatory evidence since it's not a court of law? Maybe, but that would open the door to a lawsuit neither side wants. It would most definitely take the NCAA and Ole Miss somewhere they do not want to go. It would also most likely result in probation for State and another school. Maybe more. Don't be surprised if Ole Miss has called checkmate over this and a couple of other unnamed discoveries.

Welp Mississippi State is DOOMED.

He didn't play at the spring game? Well good at least Mississippi State won't have to forfeit that one. LOL
