Well, listening to the advice of their rivals is certainly NOT the smart thing to do.

They should get some fairly serious penalties for what they've admitted to doing, and more serious if they're found guilty of what they are denying, but I don't get any great thrill from seeing one school made an example when others do just as much and get off scot-free. They shouldn't get a harsher penalty than Alabama, USC or some other blue blood would get for doing the same thing, even though we all know they probably will. It's one of the bad things about college sports.
