I don't think the Webals will get the Death Penalty. They will get what they self-imposed, which is quite a bit, and the NCAA will probably double it. That alone would be enough to cripple them for several years.
It is up to them if they want to keep Freezus. If the Ole Miss fans still support the guy after all this, it is a little mind boggling.

It really is not that mind-boggling. Quite a few Ags supported Jackie Sherrill after he was caught cheating (though nothing was ever pinned on him) Why? Because he was winning and, more importantly at that time, he was beating Texas.
