Sources tell me former Irish QB Malik Zaire is telling people he has chosen Florida, is now just waiting for SEC to change transfer rules.

I don't feel great about this. Could mean a couple things, like no confidence in Franks or LDR. That's all bad news if it's the case

Sweet, now we can make Toney the back up and shift back to an offensive approach that isn't as archaic as it is ineffective.

The Nusschamp approach has failed, time to go back to the spread.

I don't think we can win the SEC with Raire and he is not the future , so hopefully the SEC doesn't allow him to come to UF . I don't want him because I don't see him coming to UF because he thinks he will be a backup.

How this works out is almost entirely dependent on the extent to which Mac and Nuss are willing to actually adapt their mediocre scheme to Zaire's strengths-- if they insist on running headfirst into a wall like they did with Treon this will probably work out about as well as that did.
