Why would you want Gus to "turn off" his offensive opinions?
Because his offense has become predictable and borderline comical the last couple of years? Not to mention unproductive and weak in SEC match-ups since mid-season 2014.

But I digress, if y'all are good with him then that's all that counts. I mean no disrespect towards your HC. Maybe he just has to find a way to get the mojo, smoke 'n mirrors, "Auburn Fast" offense back.

He's like most head coaches...he struggles when he doesn't have the pieces in place to run his schemes. He needs a better than average QB to be above average. That isn't rocket science, but all the non-sense about predictable play calling, etc...anyone with a half decent football mind can predict most play calling. Coaches who get hundreds of hours of tendencies, etc...are even better at it. When you have the players to execute anyway you look good, when not with Auburn's talent you win 8 games.
