Debating with you Vololols about in state recruiting talent ... and your arbitrary years, has crossed from the ridiculous to the sublime in this thread.

LULZ

Check NFL rosters. It's not even close. And what'll really try your little orange noodles is when you look at Pro Bowl rosters combined with Super Bowl rosters this millenium.

But y'all keep trying to sell that "Blue Chip" bullshite 'till the cows come home. The OP had a reconceived notion when he started this thread and everyone but the Vol fans saw through it instantly.

Yeah, with Tennessee's population boom the D1 prospect numbers have risen exponentially. Good for Tennessee. And Butch has concentrated more on in state talent than at any time in UTk history. We get all of that. But you've got a ways to go before the state of Tennessee is considered a hot bed of talent and if your standard is the little ole state of SC ... then you're going to get more LULZ.

I have neither the time or inclination to debate this anylonger - it's been hashed over on this forum many many times in the past and, quite honestly, every time we get.to the bottom of the debate I am always amazed at how many really great players the state of Alabama produces for their size. And, per capita, no one is touching Georgia when it comes to sheer numbers of big time prospects. Hell, I'd put any 4* player in SC, GA or AL against any 5* prospect in Tennessee just by playing the odds ... and win. Same goes for 3* players from those states versus 4* players from Tennessee.

But, FWIW Tennessee is producing more quality talent these days .... hell, we'll probably sign three outta TN in this next class.

But you know where the OP really exposed himself ... it was with his several references to Clemson. It completely disqualified his motivation. He was losing the one argument so he resorted to misdirection - that's weak dick.

Next time OP, if you're gonna bring it, at least bring it with honest intentions and be prepared to accept a different outcome that your imagined. Try a little critical thought next time. This obviously didn't turn out as you had hoped.

Do your own research.
