Small team guy? Doesn't he drive for Jack Roush? Does he still have a 4 or 5 car team?

He's actually downsized to just two teams for now (had 3 last year).
Ricky is from my hometown and I know his dad decently well they are great ppl and deserve every bit of it but I wouldn't refer to him as a "small team guy" though Rousch has had some struggles the last few years.
They have been running gradually better and better this year though
