Honest personal opinions: Sumlin is biggest fraud, followed closely by Butch Jones. Orgeron not too far behind Jones, and then followed by Malzhan as most over rated. All the other coaches with exception of Mullen are middling imo. Agree that Mullen is most legit, great job at MSU considering, and will one day land a prime job.

Fraud is a bit much. Jones has only failed to meet expectations one season. What he is is a goofball who is about as tone deaf as you can be when it comes to talking to the press/fans. That matters when you have a disappointing season like last year (fans will hate you for it) but is overlooked as the usual coachspeak when you win. He's done a great job rebuilding but the question is whether or not he's plateaued as a coach and if he has it's time to go.

We'll know soon enough if he's gone as far as he can (certainly there's a good argument to made that he has) but regardless of what happens we're finally in a position to compete again. And unlike in prior years, the job will be much more attractive. I can't/won't hate the man for bringing us back from the dead even if that's all he ever does and is fired as a result.
