I think we need to fire sumlin but damn orgeron is like 22-29 as a head coach.... exactly what makes him good? Just bc lsu hired him?
Sumlin is 79-38.. idk what metrics you wanna measure by but it's gonna be hard to statistically argue that orgeron is a better HC

Well head-to-head, Orgeron wins. No one knows if Orgeron will be a better HC, really. Orgeron is much improved from what he was at Ole Miss.
Both have top 5 wins but Sumlin has far more tenure.

I feel he's overrated and certainly not on the level of LSU's Aranda or Alabama's Pruitt?
Chavis is top 5 of the bottom 5.

It doesn't matter. He will be gone with Sumlin if the team doesn't produce this year.

I wouldn't be talking too much Aubie. Go check your record against LSU over the last 10 years. LSU leads 7-3 big mouth.
Lol.
Lol.

He didn't forget how to coach defense overnight. I'll give you a hint, most coaches are as good as their talent compared to competition facing. Coaches can only do so much.

All-Time? Possibly
But he retired several years ago

No. Chavis was marginally successfull at LSU but he had enormous talent at LSU which now does not have at A&M. It shows.
All this big talk about what he wasgoing to get done at A&M was just hot air.
Look at the A&M defense last year. Good grief. Oh of course it isn't his fault. Ha-ha-ha!
The run defense alone last year was so bad that it would have to dramaticly improve to suck.

Chavis is capable but someone else has to recruit his talent for him. A&M knew that going in. Sumlin was either unable or unwilling to do that, notwithstanding some outstanding individuals who signed and played defense for the Aggies over the last few years. very uneven talent level on defense.

According to LSU fans, he was a top 5 defensive coordinator in all of college football a few years ago. Now that he has left, he is a mediocre coach.

Look what Chavis has done ay A&M. You tell me that if he was at Auburn you would give a damn what he did at Tenn or LSU.
Sonce Chavis has ben at A&M tgey have had one of the worst defenses in the nation. If you want to ignore that and crown him some sort of wizzard go rihht ahead.

To not compare John Chavis' impact against the PUTRID numbers from Mark Snyder is making a dishonest assessment.

To be fair, we said the same about your mom's pussy too. While we were all hittin it, it was top 5 pussy, now that we've found better, we don't consider your mom's to be that good anymore.
