Under the terms of his limited reinstatement, he's only allowed to see patients one day per week in an outpatient facility. That makes it even more difficult for him.

However, no licensing board is going to penalize you for an airline scheduling problem. This isn't a legitimate argument. Unless, of course, he was in Chicago to exchange prescriptions for sex again. That would hurt him.
