Nothing wrong with recruiting out of state or out of the country. It is valuable to have that diversity. A&M is still heavily in state by a very large margin.

The top out of Texas cities our grads live are:
1. San Fran
2. Washington DC
3. New York
4. Denver
5. LA

However Alabama has more out of state than in state. That, to me, is way passed the point of a state university.
