Those who meet higher academic requirements get a "tuition break" from OOS prices. That's a scholarship, I guess.

Then they pay rent at $700/person and spend money living here, for at least as long as they are in school.

Out of state students have started tech and retail companies in Fayetteville, including the frat-bro Fayettechill Clothing Co.

It's an investment. We have a booming local economy that needs educated workers. The state unemployment rate is at a record low.

I just feel you will get gutted the same way we did in this effort.


Texas students who cant quite get into A&M or UT come to a fun SEC schools for 4 years, than bounce back to Texas because it has 10000x the opportunities that Arky or Louisiana does.
