Somebody with a PowerMizzou subscription could tell us exactly what's going on.
Personally, I think that it's going to be C. Martin as our new coach and maybe Porter coming back home. The word is that Porter only signed a financial aid agreement.

Apparently Porter is considering coming here, which makes no sense considering we don't even have a coach.

I didnt watch it, but via twitter it seems like Martin never really coached Cal's game last night. pretty much just had one foot out the door already.

Cal's 2 best players didn't play yesterday. I wouldn't read much into NIT results. 6 of the 8 games were upsets.

Martin would be meh hire.
He cries about fan support, he never stays in one place more then a couple of years, he's won nothing of significance....... It would be a cheap hire, of a so called accomplished P5 coach, who is ready to run from yet another school.

He sure in the heck wouldn't get much fan support in Columbia anytime soon if he's Mizzou's choice.

Not to worry about Romar. The Porter boys have made it clear they want to play for Doug Karleskint.

Martin wouldn't be bad. I'm not really a fan of his style of play, but I can't think of anyone who is more of a sure thing when it comes to recruiting STL. Especially if he could bring the Porters. Could probably flip Gordon as well.

I don't understand why people don't like Martin. In 6 years at a P6 school he has finished to 5 5 times.
I agree that I don't love the style that his teams play, but he is a solid coach. If he can recruit the area he will have Mizzou winning 23-25 games most years.

Yea. Sec is much easier than Pac, plus, getting kids to mizzou is easier than getting kids to Cal-Berkeley.

The new, new one is better at least.
The one thing that scares me about Gordon, his GF plays soccer for SLU. If that ends, im worried.
