Dabo also recruited similar QBs and was very successful. Lawrence isn’t just a drop back QB, he can run also. One recruiting service has Mathis as the #3 QB so I take it they see some major upside in him. If Jake stays 2 more years we’re in good shape with Mathis having 2 years to develop.
