Of course it is, I don't think anyone argues that. National titles are a part of that body of work and I'd assume how you rank a program comes down to the weight you give the titles, title game appearances, FF's, etc

That makes it sound like the number of national titles is a tie breaker. It is a huge factor when looking into a program's history.
I think there are decent arguments either way. I don't agree that it is not close. UF has more titles and title game appearances, Arkansas has one more Final Four and two more Elite 8's (and two of those were in 8 team fields).
