Of course it is, I don't think anyone argues that. National titles are a part of that body of work and I'd assume how you rank a program comes down to the weight you give the titles, title game appearances, FF's, etc.

Yet they ALWAYS use their single NCAA title as some kind of "gotcha" card against LSU.

It's a deciding factor if the bodies of work are similar, but I don't think anyone can look at the numbers objectively and say Florida is near Arkansas as an overall program. Yet there are people here that seem to think that not only is Florida close, but that they surpass Arkansas as a program. It's just silly.
