The series on recruiting in the Tuscaloosa News is an excellent picture into why he is so successful. Nothing is left to chance and there's a "method" for achieving all the things required to be successful. Bottom line is simply...it's Saban.

And of course Finebaum chimes in with "he's just waiting for the right opportunity and will get bored at Alabama".
