That shite was someone on the investigation team that had daggers for OM and wanted to bring the house down. That's the part that is reminiscent of a witch-hunt, Salem style and I don't like it one bit.

IMHO, they had enough ammunition from the first NOA to lay down serious punishment/sanctions. The second NOA and continuing investigation was nothing more than piling on by an investigator on a mission to destroy.

It absolutely looks like some Enforcement Committee hack got egg on his/her face and switched the laser from STUN to KILL. We can't forget or downplay the role that OM played in this ,though. At the very least they've admitted to paying a freaking recruit WHILE UNDER INVESTIGATION. That kinda stuff makes it hard to feel sorry for them
