Not sure. Haven't looked it up. I just named the two cities at the top because I know Knoxville is huge compared to the 3 I named that were smaller towns.

I love Nashville but no one who has spent time in both cities seriously believes they're safer in Nashville than in Knoxville. They're pretty on par.

The problem with crime stats is that they're not universally reported and there's no rule or guideline that requires crime stats to be kept or reported. IOW, city A could be hell town for all we know while city B that chooses to track and report crime stats better or more efficiently may well be a helluva lot safer.

ETA: Also, Nashville is Vol town so...
