Didn't realize that pickles and honey mustard on fried chicken was particular to Georgia.

Anybody try this yet?

I'm normally a Church's man, but am always looking for ways to support the state.

More of a SC thing with the mustard based BBQ (even with a little honey mixed with the mustard). Granted, SC never had a gold rush like Georgia did, so it's a bit of a quandary.

Honestly, the only time I've liked pickles on my chicken was when I got Hot Chicken last time I was in Nashville.

How is a thread about shitty chicken the longest running non-stickied thread in this forum. What the hell is wrong with you people.

I'm not reading this whole thread but I started ordering my chicken tenders tossed in honey mustard at a couple of local watering holes in Cincinnati and at least 10 people have told me that they have never seen that before

In reference to the original topic, I had a 3 strip Georgia Gold meal w/ mashed potatoes after meeting with my CPA yesterday. I was pleasantly surprised by the flavor. The sweet taste of crispy chicken helped wash out the bitter taste that came along with writing the annual fat check to the IRS.

8.5/10, finger lickin goodness confirmed.
