re: Oxford Real Estate?

There's a brand new neighborhood being built next to mine off of old Taylor. No idea what the prices are on the houses but all the ones they have framed are two story easy 2,300 sq ft. Every year there are like two or three houses for sell in my neighborhood around 120k. I live in Carrollton.
