NCAA may be opening up a can of worms with this "immunity" tactic. Saban told his players requested by NCAA not to talk because they don't have to.

NCAAs only teeth comes from granting immunity. Otherwise, they'd have no enforcement power because nobody would be willing to speak openly

Why do y'all keep acting like this is something new? They've done it for YEARS and links to numerous examples have been posted in other threads.

Citation needed. Pretty sure they only have to talk if they want to continue playing NCAA sports.
