I doubt anybody outside the team will know a lot about it before the FSU game. The A-Day scrimmage probably won't reveal very much.

The good news is FSU isn't going to know what to prepare for

At first I thought we would return to power run and play action but we can't. We now have a roster of spread quarterbacks who aren't skilled enough to be pure dropback passers. I hate it and Saban obviously disagrees with me or he wouldn't have put us in a situation without a true passer on the roster. I hate the hybrid. We are only doing it because he wants to be a spread team that can still recruit elite pro prospects and prepare them for the NFL. I think we should commit to one or the other but it is what it is. I think we will see an elite running game in 2017 but I hope we can throw it when we have to.

Hopefully when Sexton and Petty step on campus, the offense will change
