Arkansas' entire offensive coaching staff and Chad Morris will begin their visit with Kelly Bryant at 1:30 p.m. eastern, so 12:30 p.m. our time. As we said last week here on the board and on 103.7 The Buzz this week, we're under the impression that it's down to Arkansas and Missouri, and as of right now it's up in the air. "50-50" is all I keep hearing, so obviously today's visit is crucial. There are some reasons for optimism. Several sources have said that Bryant told the coaches, some players and even certain recruits during his official visit here that he would "be back in January." There's also been word that he told some during his Mississippi State visit that he was going to Arkansas. On the other hand, Arkansas had a very ugly ending to its season, Missouri also feels great about where they're at with him, and evidently Auburn does too, so there's a lot floating around out there and it's hard to know exactly what's true or not. I know there are plenty of reports that have pretty much dismissed Arkansas as a real contender, and I certainly don't believe that's the case. If it were, I doubt he would have maintained so much contact with the staff to this point, and you'd certainly like to think that, based on his close relationship with Morris, he wouldn't waste their time today if they had no shot at him. I still can't call it. If I could make a Crystal Ball prediction, I'd have it set to "foggy" at this point because I think that's the best way to describe it. Hopefully we'll learn more after today's in-home.
