Good, not great coach who can't coach offense for shite but recruits and instills toughness and great defensive fundamentals.
He's a high-floor, low-ceiling guy. Can't imagine him ever winning a title but should be in the postseason most years.

I'm not going to trade "angry dad" for Mike White, but he really is a very good coach, imo.
He's doing the same thing with USC as he did with K State. His kids will always scrap and he gets complete buy-in to his message. Of course, he's scares them to death as well ;~
