Just listening in here... my understanding was that the Blueshirt has no limitations on playing in games during the initial season... (See: David Marvin, grad transfer kicker for UGA this year)... it likely wouldn't impact anything for you guys, as I'd find it difficult to believe that your third choice freshman TE finds his way onto the field in year one, but I believe he *could* technically play if he earned the time. Blueshirts simply borrow forward from your available initial counters to my knowledge.
