Our society is so crazy at this point. You will need a signed contract in front of two witnesses in the future.
All a female has to do is claim Sexual Harassment, Title IV, etc.
NOTE: In this case, he picked up a drunk college girl. We need a new term besides rape. It was not forced entry.

She said no before it happened. How do you know how forcefully it happened? Rice is 6'6" 250. Chances are this girl is like 5'2" 95 pounds. That's probably kind of an intimidating situation to be in, especially when you're drunk and can't think straight.
Would you still have the same view if it was your daughter/ sister/ mother that got drunk and told a guy no sex and he still had sex with her anyway?
