I see a slow climb even with a good coach. Decent recruits will have to see some winning to want to come to Mizzou. 4-5 years before the team is "Pretty good."

No way look at how SLU is recruiting. It's not taking Ford 4-5 years for good recruits to pay attention.
If Mizzou hires a good coach, he will be able to recruit. Good players will be available immediately.
