Hatfield was 8-3 his last season at Clemson, and he won an ACC title. He was 10-2, 9-3, 5-6, and 9-2 in 4 seasons. you have literally no knowledge of Clemson football, you just speculate. Bowden was fired midseason in a season following 3 seasons with 8, 8, and 9 wins.

Tommy Bowden lost at least FOUR games every year he was coach except one and lost three then. He was fired midyear because because he'd already lost THREE game by then (3-3).
