In 2014, the Big 12 had two teams left out because they were not respected. Ouch.

All you are saying in this post is that if Alabama was in any other conference, that would automatically make that conference the least competitive in the nation.
You are a fool if you think present-day Alabama wouldn't do as well or better as they do now in any other conference.
