I know this may seem foreign to you as an Auburn fan. But not every head coach chooses to micromanage his program, over power his coordinators, actively call all the plays during a game, or intimately involve himself with the intricate strategy, schemes, and game planning for every opponent.

Just looking at how his program has evolved over the last few years, he looks like his system for fielding winning team on a consistent basis works pretty good.
