You should fault him. Picking that guy over Fromm showed poor judgement from the start. Just like not offering Deshaun Watson so long.

Targeting Hockman over Fromm was a poor evaluation from the previous staff. I know a lot of people were high on him early on, but his HS performance was less than stellar after he committed and he dropped like a stone in the rankings. I'd have been good with taking both Hockman and Fromm, but if I can only have 1, I'll take Fromm 10 out of 10 times.

Hockman is nowhere near Fromm. Hockman is another Brice Ramsey/Jacob Park in my opinion.
