I'd guess the kick six. So sudden, so shocking, and quite frankly, mind blowing because it was a rash decision made by Nick Saban.

Monday night felt like a ticking time bomb once Clemson starting moving the chains and Bama couldn't convert a 3rd down to save their lives.

Yep - you just knew we couldn't keep holding on for dear life defensively, especially once Clemson got up towards 70-80 plays early in the 4th quarter. The dam was going to break.

Honestly, I had emotionally conceded defeat once Clemson scored with 6 or 7 minutes left. Jalen's score was incredible, but there was clearly still a feeling of ehhh this is very much not over.

And, like I said, Clemson made all the plays. After the game last year, it just kind of felt like the same thing except the big play meter shifted over to Clemson, and it helped them win. Not really mad at all. Disappointed, obviously, but it was not hard to admit that team earned the title.
