I know the buyout was big, but I almost wish we went after him this year. I assume it's too late now with most of the good assistants hired.
If he kills it at SMU next year, we will just be paying more.

We'll be paying about the same. The only difference is that less of it will go to fat kevin.

This is where I differ from most. Let sumlin ride it one more year bc we aren't going to have a very good season no matter who coaches us next year. Let Sumlin close this recruiting class and add a little more talent for the next guy
