The early enrollee that gets kicked out or leaves doesn't count against the fall number he counts towards the spring number. He wouldn't have been able to enroll if they had 85 players already. Is it that hard to understand?

Everything shared from the official rules states that they count towards the annual 85 limit (with no mention of when that annual limit is counted). Not the daily 85 limit. Or monthly limit. Or semester limit. Your confidence is amusing. I have more faith in 247 sports than you.

Because it's counted continually by academic year. You can't have more than 85 ever. You are being so obtuse.
