No, he actually does. He camped there, they offered him at camp.

I very seriously doubt that he could commit to South Carolina and is instead going to pay to go to UT.

Kids walk on to their dream school all the time. I don't know if that's the case here, but it's not unprecedented.

There are probably grants and such to help with his tuition.I like to have good walkons,they can be very productive in time.
