I think I've figured it out. A6M fans HATE LSU a lot. That's a known fact. But A6M hasn't beaten LSU since they joined the SEC so they have to piggy back Bama to have ground to stand on to talk shite about LSU. Because losing 6 in a row to us you have no ground to stand on. That'd be like me making threads about how great Ole Miss is since they beat Bama two years in a row. It's pathetic and A6M fans are an embarrassment to the SEC.

I personally appreciate how Bama makes the SEC look good, which helps our recruiting in the state. I also appreciate our connection to their program (Stallings, Bear, Fran, etc.). I dislike losing to them, but honestly they rub our noses in it less than most fanbases which is nice. Their level of security about their program is impressive.
Otherwise it's just another game on the schedule.

They live vicariously through Bama football. Let's face it, Bama is the best of the best. Bama has LSU's number big time, and is in their heads even more.
aTm couldn't beat LSU with Les so they got 3rd and Chavis as the missing piece. Yeah, that worked well. Even Interim O beat aTm.
