Do you think that mentality and how that bleeds into all aspects of a program could be a problem when trying to build a healthy culture?

Haith was worried about furnishing the upstairs with tv's, not building a solid foundation. KA's mission 1a has been to build the foundation properly, for a better future for himself or another guy (and obviously it's going to be for another guy).

That should be recognized by the fans. But it's not.

Honestly, whatever KA has done to stabilize things won't be known until the next guy shows up.

Unfortunately for Anderson if it continues to be a mess, he'll be blamed. Conversely, if the next guy comes in and results are seen, new guy gets the love.

I'm assuming Anderson understood this when he was hired.

You keep saying this. But you can provide no evidence of it. So it's really just your perception of the program based upon your self-admittedly cursory knowledge of it.
