Interesting article on SEC Country

The article is regarding MJ Webb. Apparently, once a recruit graduates HS he can immediately sign with a University and begin practice? The article states that not only will Webb be here for winter workouts, but he will be able to legally participate in bowl practices.

Yeah I think Meyer is as big of a dickhead as they come, but Dabo and Venables need to get AIDS.

What about all the early-enrollers out of HS? They obviously graduate from their HSs if they enroll into college, and I know that helps them with being able to participate in spring camp, but I never hear about them also participating in bowl practices of the previous season....

I don't know for sure but from the way it reads it looks like it depends on when the recruit graduates.
