Yes he did. The fanbase is not happy with Boren's leadership throughout the expansion at all, still aren't happy with it, and probably won't be. You can throw Bowlsby in that turd chowder as well.

There's one way and ONLY one way that you get a competent commissioner in charge of the conference. The other schools in the Big 12 need to vote 9-0 to kick Texas out.

Let's get one things straight here. OU had first chance at going to the SEC with A&M, At no point did they get told no by any conference but the PAC.
