Only two coaches with winning NFL records returned to CFB, Bill Walsh and Pete Carroll. Both guys won the Pac12
Seriously though, if you are saying he is not an elite CFB coach, who is better?

He's been in the league for 2 years and was an 2 OT loss away from the playoff
