The only mistake OU made was scheduling Houston, if they schedule anyone rent a win they are in the playoffs with a win over Okl St.
The conference title games need to go away, schedule another conference game instead. The SEC title game served it's purpose, why should Bama have to play it, it's the same back in 2011, LSU did not need to play UGA that year.
Ohio St and Michigan, the 2 best Big 10 teams are not even in the title game but would have had they been in Wisconsin's division.

If being conference champions doesn't mean you're the best in your conference, how can we think that being the national champions means you're the best in the nation?
What does "champion" even mean?

Opposite for OSU. They're gonna get in because of that game. They deserve to get in for scheduling that and winning on the road.
