Talk about a low character individual. Had a bad temper during games, and is a repeat rapist who is currently in prison.
Yikes, that is unfortunate that he had to be the first African American to play at Kentuckcy.

That Payne was a serial rapist is an interesting side story but it has no relevance to the issue at hand.
