This hire better be fireworks because the program and recruiting needs some spark of life.

Randy Shannon would be a good hire. He is a darn good X's & O's guy along with a great recruiter. The thing is if I remember correctly he got "stung" bad in a Bo Davis deal (i.e. as in dead to rights with a photo type way).
