In its simplest form, it basically comes down to this part of her statement

quote:

It was encouraged, supported and promoted by at least two academic coordinators

The rest of it wouldn't amount to much at all. If that isn't true, or more specifically not able to be proven then you'd essentially have maybe a slap on the wrist...if that.

If that can be proven we are potentially looking at some vacated wins. Which, just doesnt seem all that likely because if it were then why was Harold Brantley not able to become academically eligible.

This chick is bat shite crazy, and likely lying through her teeth.

Still, we'll get the penalty the NCAA was reticent to drop on UNC, because Mizzou.

Don't tell me how to feel.

This has all the makings for some prime time drama.

Hiring a coach that changes the defense is one thing.

This is some typical Mizzou Next Level Bull shite right here.

Enjoy it.

It's an unfounded (at this point) allegation.

This is the part that sounds like bullshite

This looks to me like an attempted shakedown of the athletic program. She is obviously a financial fraudster according to her casenet sheets. She appears one of the dreaded "activist" types as well. If, in fact, she aided in committing academic fraud, she probably wanted to get paid off for keeping her mouth shut. This apparently didn't happen, so here we are.

This smells of a classic SJW shakedown and the shitestorm media will take the bait and run with it. Because after all, it's not the truthfulness of the allegation, it's the seriousness of the charge. This is straight out of the SJW handbook, so I'm afraid we are screwed no matter how much of a fraudster she is. Sad days indeed.

ETA: This tutoring program needs to be purged of people like this that have not only a criminal conviction for fraud, but a litany of civil cases against them as well. They are often the ones with the biggest motive to commit more fraud as they always have to pay something else off.

Agree but unfortunately we were neutered 3 yrs ago & firing a woman or a person of color or a Muzzie just ain't going to happen unless they're caught on video killing at 3 people.

Yes. They shouldn't be hired in the first place to a position of heavy regulation where even the suggestion of fraud can bring down an entire institution i.e. Banking, law enforcement, accountIng, big time division one college sports. You get the picture. Cheers

She says she has emails and texts.

However, she also said they look worse for the athlete than her bosses.

Whatever that means.

Yes, it looks bad.

By her own admission she hasn't shared any evidence with investigators.

Her comments look bad, no doubt.

Without corroborating evidence, they are just that.

It is hard to believe academic coordinators would leave themselves open to provable accusations like this.

How would "look bad" translate into penalties if proved?

Well, we're not North Carolina, so probably pretty bad.

It depends what is proven. If it is proven that she helped athletes cheat. It's likely light sanctions. Probation or the like. Possible forfeiture of wins if the player in question played in that game.

If it's proven that she was ordered to cheat by her superiors, we are fricked. Bowl bans, scholarships etc But this seems highly unlikely given what's out there.
