Dude just said that Arkansas shouldn't even bother showing up. Is he joking? We just gave up 63 points! Damn this whole week is just an embarrassment.

BO and Cross have been playing vanilla defense all season saving up for our big rivalry game!

I'm going to give him a 9.2/10

Maybe talking shite will work; nothing else has

Meh, I don't mind it at all.

But now he has to show up.

Well I mean, the defense needs to get fired up and help out in some way, shape, or form. Might as well be this.

Beisel is averaging 9 tackles/game in four games on the two deep. He isn't the reason MU is losing.

Outside of the UT game, where no one played well, I think he's been playing very good football.

Might as well talk shite. Can only help the rivalry long term.

At the tennesse game last week, a vols fan jokingly said they "play old man football."

Let him talk. For whatever reason, the staff buried him on the chart and he is making the most of his reps. I'm not sure what the rep break down was last week but Beisel had 10 tackles, as many as Newsom, Burkett, Lee, and Garrett had combined. Tennessee ran the ball 45 times and Burkett, Lee, and Garrett combined for 5 tackles? Hell, Newsom has a bad hamstring and 5 tackles by himself. I'm glad that those two LBs in this class appear to be staying the course because the need them to hit campus ready to play. Trey Baldwin needs to make hay next spring as well.

I'm sure Burkett and Garrett are great kids but they aren't SEC LBs. They make a bad read and have no shot at recovering vs any RB in the league. How bad must Agbasimere suck that he can't get on the field before these two?

Lee is wildly inconsistent. He flew all over the place vs SC and now he is getting lost in traffic again. His FB IQ betrays his physical ability.

Garrett is only a FR, and he probably shouldn't be playing yet.

I'm guessing Agbasimere is still learning, putting on weight, whatever. Just not ready yet, but he's got off the charts athleticism. Needs to realize his potential next year.

Our LB corps has been hit pretty hard by injury. Scherer, Newsome, Hall all out or limited.

If Tobias Little doesn't decommitt, Garrett wouldn't be playing for a P-5 program. He comes from a great HS program, is coachable, and wants to be a Tiger, but I don't think he has the hips and length to contribute.

the personal decisions have bothered me more than anything else about this staff. How the frick is Wingo not starting somewhere?

I agree with ya on Wingo.

Back to Beisel:

Gabe DeArmond ? @GabeDeArmond
Odom on Beisel comments: "He said it, can't get it back. We apologize and that doesn't reflect our feelings making statements like that."

I don't know where Wingo would be starting, but I'd like to see him get some more run for sure.
