Gus' passing offense is a joke, and Stidham most certainly isn't going anywhere on the basis of getting to run the football, so that point is moot.

It never made any logical sense for Stidham to choose Auburn over A&M. It seems like we were only a stop gap leader until A&M committed to recruiting him. They throw the football 100+ times more per year than we do...which offense do you think a passing quarterback is going to prefer?

It never seemed logical for Auburn to land Eli Stove, Nate Craig-Myers and Kyle Davis in the same class, either.

You pretty much writing off the possibility of him coming to Auburn is illogical.

Yeah, because everyone knows what great success Sumlin has had with 5-star QBs.
