Still quite ugly at times, and Vandy is not very good but BO has been able to keep the effort level of this team high and it paid off with a W today.

Crockett is a stud. Lock had a nice game. So did J'Mon.

The defense is was wreaking all kinds of havoc and at times looked like a Mizzou defense. Slow process, but it's coming around.

Any win at this point is a great win and it will be BOs charge to keep this team playing hard for the final teams with nothing but pride to play for.

Would be nice to put the final nail in UTs season next week.

On that long run by Crockett before the end of the 1st half he had more moves in him than ExLax.

If we keep UT from Atlanta that would make this season okay for me.

Yes. I've been hoping to see enough progress over the last few weeks to specifically ruin their season, but they're just not there. Too loose on defense, still too many drops and inconsistentcy on offense, and the kicking game is beyond trusting.

On the positive side, it's been good to see flashes of the old DLine and the season-long play of Crockett and a slapped together offensive line. It was also encouraging to see Odom learned from his poor clock management against Georgia and milked the clock to his advantage.

I thought Ablen and Dubinski stepped in at Center and did an outstanding job, fumble at the goal line aside.

Crockett's patience behind his blockers is really impressive. His ball leverage....

The defensive front 4 had a great game.

The reps at MLB are confusing. Garrett gets swallowed up by blockers and is a liability getting back against the pass. Beisel isn't a perfect fit either but he does a far job of getting down hill and makes faster reads against the pass.

The play at WLB is soft and slow. That position doesn't get the attention that the Dline does but four consecutive starters at the position went on to play in the NFL. Big drop off in play this year.

I am looking forward to watching Terez Hall develop.

Right. That run before the end of the half was phenomenal. He stayed right on Reese's hip and let him get two blocks, then the rest he did on his own. He is powerful, elusive, has great vision and a really nice "feel" for the position. He's a star

He is also doing a much better job in blocking his position. He whiffed a lot early in the year and I think it reduced the number of plays the staff were comfortable giving him.
