Here are some facts for those disappointed with the bball team's performance

If Auburn wins 1 more game, it will be tied for 6th most regular season wins by an AU team in the past 50 years (since 1966)

If Auburn wins 2 more games, it will be tied for 5th most regular season wins by an AU team in the past 50 years

I absolutely get how much better this season has been that our previous.. But, and you know there is one, it does not excuse the lack of execution, poor defense and just utter shitty way we have finished games.

Saying our turd is shinny'er than it has been does not change much. At some point we have to expect more. There is no doubt in my mind, this team could have easily had 4 more wins and probably made the dance

I think the main source of disappointment is the poor SEC showing. Except for Ala, we haven't been very competitive against the upper of middle part of the league. Gotta do more than beat the worst of the worst (LSU, MO). A win against Ga or Ark and an 8-10 finish would help and show that we might be a threat next year..

It's hard to draw too many conclusions since we've had to start over every year making it near impossible to have continuity while building the culture

YR1- Recover from Barbee
YR2- Only return shitty Bowers/Granger from playing rotation
YR3- Only Brown played full season, Lang/Dunans both had long term injury issues

Next year, if we can't figure out shite out we have a problem. We will have problems obviously, but if we aren't NCAAT locks pre SECT I'll be concerned
