No, not really. I can't talk to the LSU team, or the player that made that comment. I can talk to the Rant though and its true. Every other thread was about how Bama will dominate. I will admit it has slowed down some.

The smacktalk from all fanbases including Bama and LSU is ridiculous BS.It's sad that it's so difficult to have even occasional serious discussions on the SEC or Tiger rant. The OP made a valid statement and I will add "the Bama smacktalk from Tiger fans is ridiculous"
The truth of the matter is that Bama has a great team and LSU may have a great team. We should see a heavyweight fight on the 5th in a contest that either team could win. We can all support our team and understand that having respect for your opponent isn't a weakness.
All teams have fans who are immature douchebags but it's ignorant to hate an entire fanbase because of them.I have several friends who are good people AND Bama fans. Imagine that!
